The accuracy, rigidity and thermal deformation of the spindle parts of the CNC lathe produced by the CNC lathe manufacturer directly affect the processing quality. As CNC lathes do not require manual adjustment during processing, these effects are even more serious. At present, there are mainly three methods for CNC lathe spindles.

The front bracket includes double row short cylindrical roller bearings and 60° angular contact double row radial thrust ball bearings. The rear bracket is equipped with a pair of radial thrust ball bearings. This structure greatly improves the overall rigidity of the spindle, can meet the requirements of solid chips, and is widely used in CNC lathes of various small CNC lathe manufacturers. The front bearing adopts high-precision double row angular contact ball bearings, and the rear bearing adopts single row (or double row) angular contact ball bearings. This equipment has excellent high-speed performance, but small carrying capacity, suitable for high-speed, light-load, precision CNC lathe spindles.

The front and rear bearings adopt double-row tapered bearings and single-row tapered bearings respectively. This structure limits the high speed and high precision of the spindle, and is suitable for medium-precision, low-speed, and heavy-duty CNC lathe spindles. Stepping motors and single-chip microcomputers are used to transform simple CNC lathes composed of ordinary lathe feed systems. The cost is low, but the degree of automation and functions are poor, and the turning precision is not high. Suitable for low-demand rotating parts.

According to the turning requirements, the CNC lathe is specially planned and equipped with a general CNC system. The CNC system has powerful functions, high degree of automation and high processing precision. Suitable for general turning parts. The CNC lathe can control two axes at the same time, namely the X axis and the Z axis.
