The specific position of CNC lathe processing should be far away from the source of vibration, and the hazards of direct sunlight and heat radiation should be avoided, and the hazards of moisture and airflow should be avoided. If there is a vibration source near the CNC lathe, an anti-vibration trench should be set around the CNC lathe. Otherwise, it will directly endanger the precision and stability of the CNC lathe’s finishing, will cause poor contact of electronic components, mechanical failures, and endanger the reliability of the CNC lathe.
2. Power standard for CNC lathe processing. Usually, CNC lathes are installed in machining workshops. Not only the operating temperature varies greatly and the standard deviation is adopted, but also there are many kinds of electromechanical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the grid. Therefore, the specific location where the CNC lathe is installed must be strictly controlled on the power supply voltage. Under normal circumstances, an exhaust fan or air cooler is arranged inside the electronic control box of a CNC machining center to maintain the electronic components, especially the central processing unit, with a constant operating temperature or a small temperature difference. Excessive temperature and environmental humidity will reduce the service life of automatic control system components and increase mechanical failures. The increase in temperature and environmental humidity and the increase in dust will cause adhesion on the integrated circuit board and cause short circuits.
