When using the CNC machining center, keep your mind focused and strictly forbid chatting and cooperate with each other. The operator must not use it under irritable and tired conditions to prevent accidents and ensure work safety. Before mechanical work, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil. The CNC machining center then runs and checks whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine idling for 1 to 3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to use it when the machine is faulty. Usually, it is: first carry out the cutting punch, then go to the welding, then sand the sanding and then spray the oil, and then assemble the parts to be shipped. For small parts, a lot of surface treatment after polishing, electroplating or oil injection are required. Then welding or screwing assembly packaging and shipment. Before all employees go to work, the CNC machining center needs to check whether the clothing meets the job requirements. Slippers, high heels and clothing that endanger safety are strictly forbidden. Women with long hair must wear safety helmets. 1. The CNC machining center is rough first and then refined

For example, according to the sequence of rough turning-semi-finishing turning-finish turning, the machining accuracy is gradually improved. Rough turning will cut off most of the machining allowance on the surface of the workpiece in a short time. This way, on the one hand, the metal removal rate can be increased, and on the other hand, it can meet the requirements of the margin uniformity of the fine turning. If the uniformity of the margin left after rough turning cannot meet the requirements of finishing, semi-finished turning is needed to prepare for finishing. The precision turning must ensure the machining accuracy, and the contour of the part is cut out according to the size of the drawing.

Second. The CNC machining center is near first and then far away

Normally, the part close to the tool setting point is processed first, and the part away from the tool setting point is processed later, in order to shorten the tool movement distance and reduce the idle travel time. For turning, it is beneficial to maintain the rigidity of the blank or semi-finished product and improve its cutting conditions firstly and then farther.

Third, the principle of internal and external intersection of CNC machining center

For parts that have both inner surface (inner cavity) and outer surface to be processed, when arranging the processing sequence, the inner and outer surface should be roughed first, and then the inner and outer surface should be finished. Do not process a part of the surface (outer or inner surface) of the part before processing other surfaces (inner or outer surface).

Fourth, CNC machining center base plane first principle

The surface used as a fine reference should be processed first. This is because the more accurate the surface of the positioning reference, the smaller the clamping error. For example, when machining shaft parts, the center hole is generally processed first, and then the outer surface and end face are processed with the center hole as a precision reference.

Five, CNC processing adopts the principle of first, then second

The main working surface and assembly base surface of the part must be processed first, so as to find the defects that may appear on the main surface of the blank as soon as possible. The secondary surface can be interspersed, placed on the main processing surface to a certain degree, before the final finishing.

The plane outline size of the box body and bracket parts is relatively large. Generally, the plane is processed first, and then the holes and other dimensions are processed. Arranging the processing sequence in this way, on the one hand, use the machined plane to locate, which is stable and reliable; on the other hand, it is easy to machine holes on the machined plane and can improve the accuracy of hole processing, especially when drilling holes.
