This precision CNC aluminum straightness support plate adopts an advanced structural design and is made of high-quality aluminum alloy materials. These materials are of excellent quality and possess outstanding mechanical properties.

This component undergoes a comprehensive manufacturing process. Firstly, it undergoes precise CNC milling operations, where computer-controlled cutting tools shape the outline of the rectangular plate and evenly distribute 29 precisely positioned installation holes on the surface. Next, the surface treatment is professional black hard anodizing, which forms a protective oxide layer, enhancing the surface hardness and providing anti-corrosion and wear protection functions. Finally, the surface presents a uniform matte black appearance. The rectangular design includes a cut on the left side to provide light path space while maintaining the structural integrity. The wall thickness ranges from 10 to 20 millimeters, offering excellent load-bearing capacity. Key technical specifications include using aircraft-grade aluminum alloy to determine the material composition.

The manufacturing process covers achieving positioning accuracy within 5 microns through CNC milling and performing hard anodizing to form a protective layer 25 to 50 microns thick. Dimensional accuracy maintains an excellent flatness tolerance of ±0.01 millimeters. The hole pattern consists of 29 precisely machined holes that can accommodate standard fastener sizes. The total thickness ranges from 10 to 20 millimeters. The minimum production quantity starts from a single piece, and the delivery period varies from 5 to 25 days.

The manufacturing process demonstrates advanced capabilities. It begins with a high-speed CNC milling center equipped with a sturdy tapping function. Then, the surface treatment starts with alkaline cleaning to prepare the substrate for the anodizing reaction. Hard anodizing uses sulfuric acid electrolyte to form a dense aluminum oxide layer, which can penetrate the substrate to a specified depth. This layer has extremely high surface hardness, exceeding the hardness of the substrate aluminum, and possesses good electrical insulation properties. Through controlling the absorption of dyes and performing sealing treatment, color consistency can achieve a uniform matte black appearance.
