Product Overview

This product is a high-precision CNC machine-cut aluminum part. It is formed in one step through CNC milling technology, featuring a symmetrical structure and smooth contours. It combines functionality with industrial aesthetics, and is suitable for various application scenarios such as the enclosures of automated equipment, mechanical structural components, guiding and installation parts, etc. The product design focuses on assembly stability and space utilization, making it suitable for overseas OEM/ODM customers who have high requirements for dimensional consistency and appearance quality.

After processing, the surface of the part undergoes 120-mesh sandblasting treatment, which effectively eliminates the machining marks and gives the surface a uniform and fine matte texture. Then, a black hard anodizing treatment is carried out with a film thickness of 25–40 μm. This significantly enhances the product's wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, making it suitable for long-term operation or complex industrial environments. The hard anodizing layer has strong adhesion, is not prone to peeling off, and also has good appearance consistency.

In terms of materials, 6061, 6063, 7075 and other aluminum alloys can be selected according to customer requirements, taking into account strength, weight and processing performance. The key dimensions can be strictly controlled according to the drawings, with a tolerance of ±0.01mm, meeting the requirements for precise assembly and functional verification.
