What are your lead times for prototypes and production parts?
We offer ultra-fast lead times. Prototypes can ship in ~3-5 days, and small production runs in 1-2 weeks. Our in-house lasers, CNC brakes, and robots eliminate outsourcing delays, so we hit quick turnarounds. For rush needs, we can fast-track orders (48-72h) via priority scheduling. Our 99%+ on-time delivery record ensures you wont face the typical multi-week waits.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no rigid MOQ - you can order just 1 piece for prototyping and scale up to high volumes (100k+ pcs) as needed. This matches agile services like Xometrys 1-pc policy. You wont be forced into bulk orders. Ordering 1-10 pcs lets you minimize inventory and cost (we offer lot-based pricing for very small runs). We flexibly support both single prototypes and large batches with no overstock risk.
What tolerances do you hold?
We achieve high precision. Standard sheet metal parts typically hold ±0.1 mm (0.004) tolerances, and machined features can reach ±0.01 mm. Our CNC press brakes have auto-angle correction, and laser cutting is tightly controlled, so bends and cutouts stay exact. We also compensate for spring-back and weld distortion (via software) to meet specs. Many shops only guarantee ±0.2-0.3 mm, so our ±0.1 mm accuracy is a competitive edge.
What materials can you process?
We support 20 materials. This includes all common steel grades (mild, cold-rolled, hot-rolled, spring, alloy), stainless steels (304/316, 201, etc.), aluminum alloys (5052, 6061, 6063, etc.), brass, copper, nickel, and even niche metals like Inconel or spring steel. Stocked thickness range is about 0.5-20 mm for sheet. Our engineers will advise optimal material (strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, weight) for your design. Smaller competitors often have a narrower material list.
What surface finishes do you offer?
A full suite in-house: powder coating (all colors), anodizing (aluminum), electroplating (Zn/Cr/Zn-Ni), passivation (stainless), sandblasting, polishing/brushing, painting and epoxy coating. By default we deliver clean finishes (roughness Ra0.4-1.6); for high-demand parts we can achieve Ra0.2 or smoother. All finishing is handled on-site for quality. This yields durable, corrosion-resistant, aesthetic parts. In contrast, many suppliers outsource finishing or only provide basic coatings .
How is your pricing compared to other manufacturers?
We offer factory-direct pricing thats very competitive: typically 20-50% lower than Western shops. No middlemen or import mark-ups apply. We use efficient nesting and lean machining to minimize material waste and time. Bulk discounts further reduce unit cost (for example, costs drop ~50% at 1k+ qty vs a single prototype). Importantly, we balance cost with quality - our quotes reflect optimized processes so you get value without hidden fees.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is guaranteed. Our plants operate under ISO 9001/AS9100-certified systems, and every critical part is inspected (100% of features) using CMMs, optical scanners, and calibrated gauges. We perform first-article inspections and batch QC checks with full traceability. This data-driven approach yields a defect rate <0.5% (industry is often 2-5%). We also continuously train our team. In short, ISO standards + advanced inspection = reliable, repeatable quality far beyond casual shops.
Can you handle complex/custom sheet metal designs?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom parts and complex geometries. You can upload your CAD file and get instant DFM feedback and a quote. Our automated quoting system highlights cost/assembly issues so designs are optimized. We can produce multi-bend parts, rolled or formed shapes, welded assemblies, and fine features (slots, embosses, thread-inserts) all in-house. Even one-off prototypes are treated like production parts. We work closely with you to adapt to design changes or unique specs, deliv
