Surge in Global Aerospace CNC Machining Demand in Q2 2026 7 Swords Adds Two 5-Axis Machines to Address Capacity Gap

Apr.07.2026

As a supplier with over 20 years of CNC machining experience, I’ve recently noticed a significant shift in industry trends. Entering the second quarter of 2026, aerospace orders for high-precision, complex components have surged by 47% compared to the same period last year. Notably, the demand for titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys has increased substantially.

To meet this surge in demand, we recently completed the installation and commissioning of two new DMG Mori 5-axis machining centers. These additions have boosted our 5-axis machining capacity by 35%, reducing delivery times from 12-15 days to 7-10 days. Moreover, we can now handle larger, more complex structural parts, with a maximum machining size of 1200×800×600mm.

Meeting Strict Aerospace Standards

In recent years, the aerospace sector has become more stringent about part tolerances. Many projects now demand precision within ±0.005mm. These two new machines boast a positioning accuracy of 0.002mm, fully meeting the most rigorous industry standards.

We are proud to have achieved AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System certification, ensuring full traceability from raw material inspection to final product delivery. This is one of the key reasons many aerospace clients choose us.
